It’s springtime finally! I always find this season pushes me to reconnect and recommit to my goals — kinda like a renewal of vows to myself and my goals. 😊
And April is also the start of a new quarter, which is another big process for me, as I follow a 90-day planning cycle (reference: The 12-Week Year).
In this episode, I share a little behind-the-scenes and talk a bit about my quarterly planning process, why I do it this way, and how I do it.
I also talk about this idea of “showing up” for the value of showing up — and not for the intended results. This is something I’m actively working on because separating the effort from the results is a challenge for me. Have you mastered how to do this?
I share my thoughts around the value of showing up (in and of itself) and how incremental gains, though seemingly small, add up for big results if we consistently apply ourselves.
