You know when something isn’t working for you, right? Sometimes, though, the what, why, how of things aren’t very clear.
As in, what isn’t working exactly, why isn’t it working, and how the heck are you going to fix it.
If you’re feeling like this about your career or work-life, a career therapy chat may just be what you need.
I say this with a wink of course. Because, hello, I’m not a licensed therapist, psychoanalyst, or psychologist. (Although a friend calls me his career therapist.)
What I am, though, is someone who’s been a problem solver (aka management consultant) for over 15 years. I got pretty good at walking into a scenario and figuring out the problem, the core of it, what works, what doesn’t, what would help solve the problem, what would mess it up even more.
HOW THIS WORKS:
We’ll get on a call or Skype. For 75 minutes, I’m all yours. You tell me what’s on your mind. (Lying down a couch, optional.) I’ll ask questions, you’ll give me your best shot at answering. (“I don’t know”, always a valid one.). I’ll point out things. I’ll make suggestions. When we finish the call, I’ll put together my summary notes, plus a recommended course or direction for you to consider.
Your investment: $180
